We require each website we have worked to carry the 'Designed by 3ple0.com' phrase with link to our website on all the web pages within the footer of websites that we have designed, redesigned, or modified. There is an additional cost of 10% on the total cost of the project for not displaying the 3ple0.com branding.

Even after the project is completed and handed over to you, you are bound by this agreement to display our branding notice/logo, as long as the design (modified or unmodified) is in use.

The content for insertion into your web pages should be provided in separate word documents or pdf format (URL of pages can be specified for existing web sites) with not more than 2 photos for graphic editing per page. Pages exceeding the number of pages included with the package deal will cost $25 per extra page ($30 for pages with tabular data or extra long content pages). Our graphic designing rate of $25 per hour will be applicable for any extra design or photo editing work (like product catalogs, photo galleries, etc.). Please request for an approximate quote with your specifications if required. For this, please provide the number of total site pages and a couple of sample content documents which have the most contents.

• All charges become effective after we have a signed agreement for your project.
• First, you are required to make a none refundable advance payment of 25% of our agreed total to get us started developing your project.
• Once a design is finalized for your website you will need to make another none refundable advance payment of 25% of our agreed total.
• In case you need us to Fast Track your project please select the Express Schedule and Delivery (100% advance) option while requesting a final estimate cost.
• Upon completion of your project, the final payment most be made, after which your project will be handed over to you.
• All Credit Card payment methods are accepted. We will provide our payment information at that stage of the process.
• You will get up-to-date progress on your project through our client portal and testing server
